*Groups of 6 or more together is also $25 table fee
The Tacoma Dome Station Garage across the street is usually free - but for Tacoma Dome Events they will charge. We cannot control this but you can try telling them you are coming to Freighthouse, not the Dome - but we can't guarantee they won't charge.

SHIPPING POLICY
We do offer shipping now! So as long as you are in the lower 49 states, we can ship bisque and finished pottery direct to you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not have a return or exchange policy for pieces that you create. From time to time pottery studios will have people who wish to return an item as a donation. Those donated items are accepted.

Party Reservation – Great for birthdays, showers, team building, corporate events, student functions, etc.
What we provide:

We will glaze and fire all the pieces and package for pick up
Party Room Rental :
We now can accommodate parties up to 30 in our new party room. If you are looking for something more than 30 - we can work with you for a whole studio rental - just connect with us for those details.
What to expect:

A studio reservation fee of $75, required at booking and is non-refundable/non-transferable. We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your party reservation. Fee is non-refundable, but we would allow you to reschedule your party if given the 24 hour notice.

Pottery total of $180 minimum for a party. If you are looking for a specific piece for everyone to paint - we can coordinate that - just connect with us for those details.

Parties are booked for a period of 2 hours. You can add additional hours to your reservation, each hour after 2 hours is $35.

You can bring any food, drink, and party supplies including adult beverages if you wish.

We charge a mandatory service fee of $25 at the time of party for clean up and processing.

Kai's
room

Kai's Room Rental :
The room can accommodate parties up to 12 people. Kai's Room is an immersive experience filled with lights, textures you can touch and sounds.
