The Painting Panda Pottery Studio, and Energize Tacoma welcomes the Canvas Art Collective.
The Canvas Art Collective is wall art that is made by local artists in the region that are for sale. When you visit the studio, you will see an area where the Panda Pantry was. We have since moved the pantry over to make way for this project.
Artwork is for sale, and you can view the pricing by scanning the artist QR codes that are on each piece. The Painting Panda Pottery studio doesn't receive any money, but did suggest a wall fee of 10%. So when a piece is sold, the artist gets 90% of the price, and Energize Tacoma will get the remaining 10%.
With over a dozen pieces, and some made from metal, these pieces will make an amazing gift, or even great to add to your home decor.
The display will stay on the wall at all times, and will be available to view for free Monday-Sunday 11-7 PM. You don't need to purchase pottery just to view the artwork. We want people to freely visit the the Canvas Art Collective when they choose to. Also the pieces can serve as a template for those painting pottery to draw inspiration from.
